I’ve written six books, two of which were titled, “Dirty Filthy Jokes” — because one dirty joke book is never enough. Believe it or not, these books were on the New York Times best-seller list. Whether I see you as a patient or a friend you are bound to hear some of this material. In the movie “Steel Magnolias” Dolly Parton said, “Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion.” I love it when I make people belly laugh so hard they cry (and maybe pee a little).
