Concierge therapy, at its best, is the most “client-centered” approach to enhance mental health and well-being. Through this service, I offer psychotherapy and consultation when you need them – in real time. Only a limited number of clients are accepted into this service in order to offer the highest level of care.
My concierge services are depth-oriented experiences informed by relational psychotherapy and designed for individuals who want to dig deep and make meaningful changes in their lives. People commit to concierge therapy because of a crisis, major life event, or to revisit unresolved problems.
In our therapy sessions, you will rigorously immerse yourself to understand how you relate to yourself and others, and you will develop new approaches to recurring issues. Therapy is focused on highlighting your awareness of self-defeating patterns, learning new ways of coping, and developing more adaptive ways of being with ones self and with others.
The concierge services I provide are designed to cater to the exclusive perspective of the highly discerning individual. Every aspect of your unique needs and life circumstances are taken into account during your wellness experience. This also allows you to access next level high priority care with numerous benefits that traditional therapy does not afford.
Imagine at most anytime, anywhere, I can be reached when you have an unexpected problem or crisis: when a situation demands immediate attention, or requires you to make an important decision immediately, or when you have the need for immediate intervention for emotional, psychological, or behavioral health, or simply need to get something off of your chest.
The therapist-client relationship plays an essential role in facilitating healing and making meaningful changes. Through this dynamic relationship, you better understand yourself, as well as your self in relation to others. In individual therapy sessions, you can expect to feel challenged – in a productive way – to reevaluate what you do and why.
Concierge therapy may include any or all of the following:
- Sessions are available either in person, through Zoom, FaceTime, and telephone
- Appointments are available outside of normal business hours
- Same-day appointments available
- Clients can communicate by email, and voicemail, including during evenings and weekends
- Responses to communications within two hours
- Session length extended as needed when possible
Concierge services generally require a three month commitment, which enables me to provide an optimal level of care and help clients meet their goals.
